Independent Living Programs include Permanent Housing for homeless young adults with disabilities, Transitional Living to assist homeless youth, as well as Independent Living arrangements for “recommitted” state youth, male or female. Community Programs include Case Management, Diversion/PATH Program, In-Home Counseling and Therapeutic Foster Care. For more information or to fill out an application, click on Community Programs to the upper right of this screen.

The Equine Program for the employement of young men and women began in May 2007, and the Equine Therapy portion of the program will be starting in 2009. For more information click on Equine Program to the upper right of this screen.
