Foster Care Recruitment:

Boys' Haven is recruiting individuals to become foster parents in its Therapeutic Foster Care Program. Foster parents will receive specialized training to care for abused and neglected teens. Although not a direct employee, Boys' Haven will pay foster parents for the care provided and time in training. We are especially interested in obtaining foster parents in Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham counties.

Impact Plus - Impact Plus is a home-based service program that works with families and service providers to keep at-risk youth from being removed from their homes based on behavioral and emotional disturbances. We are recruiting for the following contract positions:

Behavioral Health Professional/Therapist: Independent Contract Position

Candidates must possess a Masters Degree in Human Service field required with licensure, or pursuit of licensure in respective field also required. Must meet guidelines to be certified as a Behavioral Health Professional through the Impact Plus Program.

Targeted Case Manager: Independent Contractor Position

Candidates will need to possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Special Education or Human Services. They must also have worked a minimum of one year of full-time employment directly with children AFTER completion of these educational requirements. A Master’s degree in a behavioral science may substitute for the one year of experience.
