Please Help Us Grow

Father Maloney's Boys' Haven is a private, non-profit 501(C)3 organization. Since most of our operating funds are received from private donations, we depend on community support to carry out our mission. We do not receive funding from the Catholic Church or United Way. Our success in changing young lives depends on your generosity. We welcome many kinds of contributions, all of which are appreciated.

Cash donations

Cash donations, our primary means of support over the years, are tax deductible. Click here to make a cash donation.

In-Kind donations

In-kind donations allow you to donate new or used items to help Boys' Haven. Please consult our wish list for our current needs, or contact us with your ideas.

Automobile donations

As a charity partner of Volunteers of America's vehicle donation program, Boys' Haven now can benefit from your donation by allowing another not-for-profit agency to handle the sale of that vehicle. Volunteers of America has many years of experience in this program and has provided a way for other local agencies to use this experience to the best advantage of all involved.

A Bequest in your Will

A bequest made in your will allows you the assurance that the young men at Boys' Haven will continue to benefit from your generosity.

A Gift Annuity

Truly a win-win situation, Boys' Haven benefits from the funding your gift annuity provides, and you receive a guaranteed fixed income for life. A significant portion of your gift is tax deductible, and a portion of your annuity income is tax-free.

A Gift of Stock

If you own stock, you can make a tax-smart contribution. First, you avoid paying the capital gains tax on the increase in the value of stock. Second, you receive an income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock at the time of the gift.

Life Insurance

If you have a policy you no longer need, you can put it to good use. For example:

  • Policies for children who are grown
  • Policies to complete a mortgage that is now paid off
  • Policies to ensure the education of children who are now graduated

You can receive tax deductions, and help to ensure the future of Father Maloney's Boys' Haven.
