Sent to a Psychiatric Hospital for 10 months.
Put in another foster home at age 7.
Sent back to the Psychiatric Hospital for 1 year at age 8.
Sent to a rehab center in Texas for 2 years (ages 9-10).
Returned to Kentucky and entered Caritas Hospital for 6 months.
At age 11, went to a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for 14 months.
Transferred to a less restrictive residential treatment facility at age 13.
Spent 6 months in 2 different foster homes at age 14.
Spent 2 months at a youth ranch the same year.
At age 15, sent back to Caritas Hospital for 2 months.
Spent another year at a residential treatment center at age 16.
Came to live at Boys Haven at age 17.
Entered Boys Havens Independent Living Program at age 18.
