Boys' Haven now has a campus-based program providing intensive life skills training for up to twelve older male adolescents who have been connected with the state Foster Care system. The focus of the program, and its dedicated staff managers, is education and employment in order to pave the way for successful transition to independent living.

An open house was held on January 10 showing the Wachtel cottage renovations.

Also, Boys' Haven has opened a Pre Independent Living cottage for girls at an OFF SITE campus location. This program opened March 10th and has room for 16 young female adults (ages 17-21). This program offers the girls a supervised and secure first step towards independence. Boy's Haven also is serving young mothers in its Pre Independent Living for females.
