Jeff developed and is currently the director of a community-based treatment program at Home of the Innocents in Louisville.

“The Board cannot express, in words, our appreciation to Vern for providing the vision and leadership over the last seven years that has both laid the foundation for a secure organization and, at the same time, kept our Board focused on the real task at hand – making a difference in the lives of young men and women. Our appreciation to Vern is equaled by our enthusiasm for our future under the leadership of Jeff Hadley. Jeff’s passion for youth and his passion for team building are well known to all. We are very are lucky to have him on our team,” stated Mark Morrison, Chair, Board of Directors
